  • 177cm

  • 17 years old

  • BMI - underweight 17.9

  • Fats - 1.6kg

  • Muscle mass - 41.5kg

  • Mass of muscle to be gain - 1.7kg


During my warming up session, he asked 'how many meals do you take a day?' I proudly said '3 to 4 meals'. ' You should be taking at least 7-8 meals a day' he replied. I was shocked and the only thing that pop in my little mind is bryant!
