Last month, I went for an interview at Maxis for a sales representative job. I got it and went for training too. There were so much to learn, from to postpaid to broadband. I was aware i must be aggresive in sales to survive on tht day. Plus, I was the only one among my friends who picked commision based salary. Which means i will not have a basic, just 100% on sales. That also means if i fail to do even one sale, i am doomed.
First day, started off pretty bad in the morning. Half the day, I did not manage to get a single sale. I knew somethin is not right, and I must fix it. I stand right infront of the booth where all the seniors were there.... The day continued quite ok later on. I did good sales. :)
